From the first time I talked to Loyd and Jackie, I was quite happy with their professional and their desire to make me feel stress free of the process of refinancing my mortgage. Loyd thoroughly explained all the steps to the process to me and what to expect. I had no problem contacting them again, when I needed to do a IRRL with my Veteran Mortgage. He again explained what an IRRL was and that Veterans can do this every 7-8 months as the interest rates were reduced. Due to their expertise and ability to make me comfortable, I consider them a friend to this day

Buying my 2nd home was incredible stressful, and for someone without a financial background securing a mortgage is the most confusing part.
